I tried reproducing this in any way I could think of, but I could not find any way to get the overlay behind any window, including iRacing. Of course iRacing must be in windowed mode, you cannot have it fullscreen. But in windowed mode, the overlay is always on top of everything for me. Version 1.29.1 didn't change anything in that regard so I'm not sure what could be causing it.
