It looks like your settings file got corrupted somehow. You can fix it by deleting all settings files. This will reset all settings to the default.

To do this go to this folder:
C:\Users\Spencer\AppData\Local\ATVO\

Then find and delete every folder that starts with "ATVO.ThemeEditor.exe_...."
