For conditional trigger activation, use the Condition Flags. Probably what you want is: - When you show your background: "set" the condition flag - When you hide your background: "unset" the condition flag - In the trigger actions: select the condition flag and check the box to indicate it must be "set" before activating that action.
For number of tire sets, I am not sure if we get that information from the sim from every driver. Is there any other app that shows that? I will poke around.
