In target value you have to select the Widget you want to show, clic and see the DropDown wich list all your label/subwidget/widget. If you want to show only one of the subwidget you have to show widget , hide all subwidget and let the only you want to show.
Perhaps you should load the Exemple ATVO Theme, there is a lot of things you can understand inside.
