New features: Added support for "average lap" qualifying mode:
Added 'Average Qualy Time' column to the Timing Screen (hidden by default). This should display the average time achieved after successfully completing all laps cleanly.
Gap and Interval in average lap qualifying are now based on the average laptime instead of the best laptime.
