ATVO updates:
Added a new Weather tab to the Timing Screen which gives an overview of the current weather conditions.

Theme Editor updates:
Added new bindings for track wetness: "trackwetness_num" returns a number from 1 (dry) to 7 (extremely wet), while "trackwetness" returns it as text.

ATVO Theme 2023 updates:
Improved animations for the Compare widget when showing/hiding the compare option and when switching to other drivers.
