Noticed this problem when I began using the animated track maps feature. The widgets that are supposed to follow the track spline will flicker randomly as if clipping through the track map. I am not sure if it is just the design of the widget that can be altered to solve this problem, but it does happen every time and is reproduceable. I can screen capture the behavior if necessary.
Also, if I select the "current driver" as the target for a track map widget, and then select another driver to show two "bubbles" on the track spline, they get out of order, showing the second driver where the first should be and vice versa.
