Web Timing
ATVO Web Timing is our replacement for the old livetiming system. With Web Timing, ATVO can send the timing and events data from the Timing Screen to your webserver, where your viewers can watch it and follow along in their own browser.

Web Timing works by sending the data to your webserver at a specified interval. Each client on your website will download the latest data at the same interval and their page will automatically update.

Web Timing uses a separate webpage for the Timing Screen, and another page for the Events list. You can direct viewers to these pages directly, or simply embed them in your own website via an iframe or similar.

Static demo
A static demo of the Web Timing website is available here. Please note this static demo does not demonstrate live data updating.

Interval
We highly recommend keeping the interval at least 3 seconds or higher. Keep in mind that every viewer on your website will start requesting the data at this same interval, so if you expect a lot of viewers your server can quickly become overloaded.

The Web Timing interface allows intervals down to 0.1 seconds for near real-time updates, but this should really only be reserved for non-public websites where you do not expect many visitors.

Customization
At the moment we do not offer a lot of customization. However, you are welcome to stylize the webpages with your custom css if desired.

Availability
ATVO Web Timing is available from version ATVO version 1.28.0.2 and later.
