I'll take a look. Do the unchecked scenes stay hidden when you run the theme in ATVO or same problem?

No, only happens in theme editor, in ATVO starts the scenes I have marked

I have the same. The theme editor always opens with all widgets shown. In ATVO it's all ok, it's just a Theme Editor thing.
