Description: The Theme Editor is unable to open themes created before 1.32.2.2 due to a missing DLL bind that prevents the software from functioning.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a theme pre-created and attempt to open it in ATVO version 1.32.2.2
2. Notice it gives the error perscribed below with a log similar to the one below

Expected behaviour: The theme should open without issue.

I can confirm ATVO crashes upon theme load with no error message for me as well. I'm starting to grow a little frustrated. Not with Nick or Simon or anyone here, but just in general. More issues lately than I remember. I'd have to imagine chasing iRacing's goalposts can get old fast, I don't envy their position.

Is anyone else having issues with the latest stable 1.33? We cannot reproduce this issue currently and are not aware of any crashing. Please send us your theme if you have any issues.

I have put version 1.33 back to Beta channel. If you are having issues where ATVO crashes with no error log, then please re-install ATVO to revert to the stable channel 1.29.13.0.
