New features:
- Hotkeys can now be enabled as "Global" hotkeys. When Global is checked, the hotkeys will work even when the ATVO controls window is not in focus.
- Enable global hotkeys by checking the "Global" property for your hotkey.
- Note: by default hotkeys are not global, so you will have to update your theme and enable the Global property before you can use global hotkeys.
