So I'm being prompted to update the ATVO launcher, but when I try to do so it tells me that I already have that version of the software installed - another one of our producers is having the same thing pop up.

I got the launcher update notification and it worked for me.

To confirm, I updated to 2.1.0.0.

Looks like a nice new addition is that when you update the app, the window now shows a change log of what's included in the release .. not sure if that was there before?

If you're not able to get the .msi directly .. i could put it on a shared server for you somewhere ..

First you have to uninstall the older before install new version.

To clarify: once you start ATVO and you're still on the old launcher you should receive a notifcation that it needs to be updated. In order to be able to update you might need to uninstall the old ATVO launcher using the Windows uninstall dialog.
Please let us know if you have any trouble doing it. If you do not receive the notification and ATVO does not run please manually uninstall the old ATVO launcher and grab the new version (2.1.0.0) from our download page: https://atvo.appgineering.com/Download
