New features:
- Timing Screen window elements now save their state and position. If you drag out an element like the track map or camera controls and place it somewhere on screen, the next time you open the Timing Screen it will reload in that position.
- Add sector time columns to the Timing Screen. Up to 10 sector times (S1-S10) can be displayed, note that you can control how many sectors to use via the Track Map. Sector times will show the latest available time for each sector (either the current lap or from the previous lap if that sector hasn't been completed yet). Sector time columns are hidden by default.
