- Added new Actions for Championships: enable/disable Update, and set update interval.
- Added new 'special' bindings for Championship dataset: "(live)pointsgap" and "(live)droppoints". These bindings allow you to choose the sign (positive or negative) replace the old "(live)gap" and "(live)droppoints" bindings.
- Removed old "(live)gap" bindings. In case you were using these bindings, you need to select the new "(live)pointsgap" binding instead.
- Fixed a bug where the Championship point system csv would not handle duplicate point values correctly.
