Theme Editor updates
- Improved stability against the common 'collection was modified' error
- Added a new room option 'Highlight focused entry': if disabled the public livetiming page will no longer highlight the followed driver. This option can be changed on each individual room.
- LiveTiming no longer stops immediately when any error occurs, instead it tries to keep going for a few times before stopping.
Theme Editor updates
- Added 'pacecar_name' binding that returns the name of the pace car used.
