Improved stability against the common 'collection was modified' error
Added a new room option 'Highlight focused entry': if disabled the public livetiming page will no longer highlight the followed driver. This option can be changed on each individual room.
LiveTiming no longer stops immediately when any error occurs, instead it tries to keep going for a few times before stopping.

Added 'pacecar_name' binding that returns the name of the pace car used.
