ATVO updates:

• Further improvements to data update rate and stability when using Timing screen and Live timing
• Timing screen class filter dropdown has been replaced with 'buttons' that show the class name and SOF
• Added a new setting for how the driver's last names are determined: based on iRacing (current situation), or based on first/last space.
• Fixed a bug where the Timing screen would not show the driver names in a team session
