ERROR Remote ATVO: An error occured while sending the request

Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner with ATVO.

I'm trying to join remote session of my friend but each time we have an error message like the attachement.

We allowed the port 16000 on our routers.

We see this thread (https://atvo.appgineering.com/Forum/Thread/265) but the owner didn't answer...

Same question to you: does it work when you start two ATVO instances locally (on the same computer) and connect with the IP of "localhost:16000"?

Does it work the other way around (you start the server and your friend connects to you)?

It's work locally.

And when we try in the other way, that work's too.

So any idea, how I can fix it ?

Any chance you accidentally forwarded 16000/udp instead of 16000/tcp?

I check it and not, it's 16000/tcp...
