Lately, Speed Estimations are all over the place

It seems like the past few weeks, the on-board speed estimations have been wildly inaccurate - obviously the way speed is calculated it might be a little off, but it's jumping between like 85 mph and 246 mph and everywhere inbetween. Is this a known bug that will get patched or am I having a weird one-off issue? Thanks!

1.16, on alpha :)

This build includes the new data delay feature. Maybe there is a bug in there. I've seen numbers jumping around in broadcasts as well. Gonna take a look.
