Data Triggers

Wondering if there's more info on exactly how data triggers can work? I assume they can do things like show/hide scenes when the session state changes? Is there anything in writing as to exactly what the session states are from iRacing? For example, I've made a data trigger to match when session state changes to 'Racing', as well as 'Race', but I can't get it to trigger. In concept, these sound like they could work excellent for scenese/storyboards to automate much of the broadcast. Any help much appreciated, as always!

Not easy, what I do is to create a label in the control panel and I show the variable to see how it is shown by iRacing. Probably that Race is RACE something like this ...

You can also use the Data Explorer (under Windows menu) to check what values are being output in different scenarios.
