Can't Open Theme Editor After Latest Beta Update

Getting an error whenever I try and open the Theme Editor now - updated to the latest beta version whenever it became available.

Image files still don't attach the first time.

I have the same issue outside of the theme editor. ATVO opens fine, but I can't load a theme.
