Dynamic Picture EXTERNAL Path

Nick, do you think it is possible to add an external path for dynamic picture ?
It would be interesting to give possibility to update some pilots picture even if your theme get a password.

In the exemple I put a path to C:\FOLDER\FOLDER\pic.png

Finaly it is not a question, because it work nice. I just make some error in my first test.
