Getting Flags to work

Ok i need another easy walk thur as im still working on my new theme.. i got the ticker working and it looks great whats the best way to go on setting up the green,yellow and all the other flags

i think i may have these figered out buggest problem im having is every flag works besides going green and switching back to green

Green has 2 triggers

Flag green and flag go i think
