Graphics locations

It is possible to place our images outside the limits of the overlay, when I put part of a image outside the limits and save changes, the theme editor is repositioning the images into the border limits, it's mandatory?

I have played around with animations on yesterday and figured out that you can place something outside of the limits but you cannot drag and drop it, instead you have to use the layout tab and shift it by using Left / Top in the form. So yes, it should be possible I think.

But after make that and save the theme the program move the layer to widget limits
