New features:
- Added ability to Start (Enable) and Stop (Disable) triggers (Data Trigger and Event Trigger). When stopped / disabled, the trigger is not executed. You can click the triggers in the Control screen of ATVO to toggle between enabled / disabled. A red border and semi-transparent black overlay are used to show a stopped / disabled trigger.
- Added new Actions to Start, Stop and Toggle triggers. You can find them under the Change Trigger actions.
- Added property 'Start Enabled' to triggers. When checked (default), the trigger will start in the Enabled state and will trigger. Uncheck this to start a trigger in the disabled state on theme load.
