New features:
- Added Fast Repairs column to the Timing Screen and WebTiming which shows the number of fast repairs that were used and available. Note: to show this in the WebTiming, you need to upload the new files under the 'WebTimingServer' folder to your server.
- Added 'fastrepairsused' databinding to the results data sets.
- Added 'leaddriverscount' databinding to the session data sets. This databinding returns the number of drivers that have been in the lead for at least 1 lap.
