NDI Recorder update:
Further fixes and updates to the NDI Recorder for Windows 11 24H2 compatibility. Please note that on 24H2, the NDI Recorder will no longer capture at a constant frame rate (of your monitor). Instead it will only capture when the content is changing, which means it shows a fluctuating (and typically lower) 'capture frame rate'. This is a Windows feature that cannot be disabled. The output frame rate should still be fluid and indistinguishable from the actual content.

- Added a workaround for a Windows bug where the NDI Recorder was limited to about 50 fps on Windows 11 24H2.
- Fixed a bug where the NDI Recorder no longer worked on Windows 10. It should now function properly on all Windows versions after Windows 10 20H1.
